These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Aroma House (A Unit of Bharat Enterprises) and any purchase of products from us.
1. About us
Aroma House is a unit of Bharat Enterprises, selling Eau de Parfum and related fragrance products in India. Business details (including GSTIN) appear in the website footer and on invoices.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to place an order.
3. Products & pricing
- All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are MRP inclusive of GST @ 18% unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors, with a full refund where payment was captured.
- Product images on the site may be placeholders or illustrative; actual packaging may vary slightly.
4. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order and/or dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or force majeure.
5. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (where enabled) and online payment methods when configured. Online payments are processed by third-party gateways; their terms also apply. Title to goods passes on full payment and delivery.
6. Shipping
Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
7. Returns, refunds & cancellation
Due to the nature of cosmetics/fragrances, returns are limited for hygiene reasons. See our Refund & Return Policy and Cancellation Policy.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website (branding, text, design, logos) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy or exploit it without written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or interfere with site security or other users.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian consumer law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer forum rights.
